What to Expect

On your first visit one of our Chartered Physiotherapists will conduct a comprehensive assessment and examination.  The resulting diagnosis will be fully explained to you in a language you understand.  You and your Physiotherapist will then formulate a progressive treatment and rehabilitation plan, which accommodates your lifestyle.  Your treatment plan will then commence on your second visit and may well be supplemented by some home exercise.  You will benefit from all the latest technology, a fully equipped gymnasium and the up to date knowledge of our Physiotherapists.  We aim to speed your recovery and reduce the risk of recurrence.

To examine you properly we need to have access to the area of your body concerned.  Therefore, please consider this when deciding what to wear.  We can provide suitable clothing if what you have is not appropriate.  If you are using the gymnasium please have some loose clothing and clean trainers.  Also, if you wear orthotics please bring these with you.

The clinic is staffed by both male and female members of staff should you have a preference.  You may request to be chaperoned if you prefer.
